Most LegalSync programs automatically update themselves
(if you are connected to the Internet).
Technical Support and Updates are provided FREE OF
CHARGE for 90 Days from the date the program is
Registered.
If a program has not been Registered, Updates and
Technical Support are not provided.
To receive Technical Support and Updates after the initial 90
Day period, purchase a Tech Support Plan...
Tech Support Plans apply to all users within a given physical
site of business. Group rates are provided for users of more
than 1 LegalSync program, as follows:
1 LegalSync Program: $25.00 per year per physical site of business.
2 LegalSync Programs: $45.00 per year per physical site of business.
3 or More LegalSync Programs: $60.00 per year per physical site of business.
Tech Support is APPENDED to your current Tech Support.
That is, if you are still within the 90 Day free period, a
Purchased Tech Support Plan will begin AFTER your Free
Period expires - so you don't loose any free or previously
purchased time.
To order a Tech Support plan, visit our Order Page... Print
out the page, fill it in, checking off the program(s) you want
covered by a Tech Support plan. If you will be sending a
Check, please mail the check and the order form to
LegalSync at the address shown on the form. If you will be
paying by Credit Card, you can fax the page to LegalSync at
the number provided on the Order Form, OR give
LegalSync a call at the number shown at the top of this
page.
NOTE: If you do not elect a Tech Support Plan, your
program(s) will continue to operate - though there will be NO
Updates for your program(s), and you may be requested to
purchase a Tech Support Plan before other Technical
Support is provided. Manual updating is not provided.
