The challenge with SC Probate Forms is to produce a system
that helps the user produce the 75+ forms used in the Probate
Courts, where only 5 of those forms require Math - and 2 of
those should not even be forms - they should be spreadsheets
(the 350 and the 550).
You really need 2 different programs - that work together.

SCPC Inventories and Appraisements
The program is designed to operate as either a Stand-Alone
program (you do NOT need SC Probate Forms LS 4) or as an Extension
Module for SC Probate Forms LS 4 - working with your
existing cases.
The program uses a
single screen to gather
the case information
(or pull cases from
SC Probate Forms LS 4
system),
and to collect and
mange all of the
Schedule Information.
Select a Schedule and enter your Line Items quickly and easily.
Saving is totally automatic - for both the Case and Form Data.
Calculations are automatic.  Schedule and Overview Totals are readily displayed.
You don't even have to think about it.
Compound Line Items
(line items entered with both a Probate and Non-Probate and / or Encumbered portions - or all 3 for that matter)
are properly managed, and can be automatically Split into separate line entries.

Line items can be edited, deleted, or re-ordered with simple mouse clicks.

The Encumbrances Schedule is automatically drawn from the Schedule Line Items.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK WITH THE ENCUMBRANCES SCHEDULE AT ALL.

The results are pre-compiled and sent to the LegalSync / MyCaseFiles Word
Processor for a few finishing text touches such as dating and filling in the
Representatives.  That's it - the 350, 361, 550, or 562 is done and ready for printing.
You can Export to MS Word, WordPerfect, Adobe PDF, if you want.

With all the math pre-compiled, the mathematical / formulae requirements of the final
form are removed, speeding up final word processing time.
It has a Point Sensitive
Help system (the yellow
area at the top) that
gives you guidance as
you use the program.
